ATTENTION ALL CHAPTERS,COLONIES, AND ALUMNI!

Phi Mu Delta will be celebrating the 54th National Conclave and 90th Anniversary, in Danvers, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston, August 7 – 10, 2008.

The National Conlcave is the official business meeting for the Fraternity. All constitutional changes, National elections, and policy decisions are made during this weekend. In addition, Alumni Associations will receive training and certification through the educational programming offered at the event.

Fees:

CHAPTERS:
$500 per chapter—This covers the expenses for the 3 official representatives.
Each additional attendee will only pay $185.

COLONIES:
The three official representatives are free.
Each additional attendee will only pay $185.

ALUMNI ORGANIZATIONS AND NATIONAL COUNCIL MEMBERS:
$185 per Alumni representative and National Council Member

Fees cover:
  * All meals and snacks
  * All materials
  * Educational Workshops

NOTE: Registartion Fees DO NOT cover travel to the conference and room at the Sheraton Ferncroft Resort.

Hotel Rooms

A room block for Phi Mu Delta has been established for the Conlcave at the low rate of $99/night. All attendees must make their room arrangements separate from their fraternity registration. The Sheraton Ferncroft Resort may be reached online at http://www.sheratonferncroftresort.com.

We recommend contacting central reservations directly, by phone, at 800-325-3535 to make your reservation. Be sure to state that you are with Phi Mu Delta Fraternity to receive the reduced room rate. As many as four may stay in each room.

***Chapters who DO NOT send official representatives will still be financially responsible for their Conclave Fee, including colonies.
