Conclave 2018: Phi Mu Delta Fraternity will be celebrating the Centennial Conclave in Burlington, VT, from June 27-July 1, 2018. All chapters/colonies are required to send, at least, 3 members. Registration is LIVE!
New Member Education:
New Member Education Syllabus: This MUST be sent to and approved by the National Office prior to starting new member education. Chapters/colonies that do not submit a syllabus prior to starting new member education could face risk management violations from the National Fraternity. Please allow, at least, a week for approval and any potential changes that need to be made.
The following chapters/colonies have NOT been approved to begin new member education:
Mu Chi (Marshall)
Mu Rho (Shawnee)
Mu Sigma (Rutgers, New Brunswick)
Mu Tau (Rutgers, Camden)
Mu Theta (IUP)
Mu Zeta (Lock Haven)
Nu Beta (UNH)
Nu Xi (Southern Maine)
Chapter officers and advisors will receive an email indicating that the chapter is approved to begin new member education. Submitting the syllabus does not mean a chapter/colony is immediately approved to begin new member education.
All chapters/colonies are expected to use the National New Member Education Curriculum, Leading the Lion Pride. There is a facilitation guide for the VP of Member Development and a workbook for the new member.
Calling all creative minds! We are opening up a Design Contest for the official Centennial Conclave T-Shirt! Please upload your design (PDF) using this Google Form by May 1st. We are looking forward to seeing all of the fun designs!
One special occasion at this year's Conclave is an honorary initiation. We will need brothers to participate in the various roles. If you are interested in participating, please contact Jacob Dubois at email@example.com.
Chapter Accreditation Program:
Coaching calls: All chapters are required to do, at least, 2 coaching calls and colonies are required to do monthly coaching calls. Contact the Director of Chapter Service and Growth to schedule yours.
Engagement Report: All accreditation reporting is to be done through the chapter’s Google Drive or Engagement Report.
The National Fraternity is live tracking accreditation! Please note: Not all categories can be tracked, but you can see where your chapter/colony stands and what has not been submitted. Questions can be directed to the Director of Chapter Services and Growth.
