Initiation Reports AND fees are due to the National Office 10 days before the initiation date.
All chapters and colonies should have their new member complete the new member exam prior to initiation. This exam is NOT to determine if a new member is to be initiated, rather how well the chapter/colony implemented the new member education program.
There are new links each semester – to access your chapter’s new member exam link, click here.

Engagement Report: All accreditation reporting is to be done through the chapter’s Google Drive or Engagement Report.
End of Term Reports are due May 7, 2018. This is the number that is submitted to the insurance company and cannot be changed. Be as accurate as possible.
Some content cannot be uploaded to the Engagement Report, please complete this short form to give us your chapter/colony’s social media accounts, website, and judicial board information.

The National Fraternity is live tracking accreditation! Please note: Not all categories can be tracked, but you can see where your chapter/colony stands and what has not been submitted. Questions can be directed to the Director of Chapter Services and Growth.
