UPCOMING DUE DATES
Insurance premiums are due October 1, instructions for payment were included in an email to officers from Holmes Murphy.
New Member Education Syllabi MUST be sent to and approved by the National Office prior to starting new member education. You will submit this to your Undergraduate Engagement team member for approval. We recommend sending it one week prior to your planned new member education start date so the syllabus can be approved in time.
Chapter Builder - All chapters and colonies have the upgraded version of ChapterBuilder at no additional charge to members. With this, the National Fraternity has specific expectations for usage of the product. Read about those here.
NEW MEMBER EDUCATION
New Member Education Syllabus: This MUST be sent to and approved by the National Office prior to starting new member education. Chapters/colonies that do not submit a syllabus prior to starting new member education could face risk management violations from the National Fraternity. You will submit this to your Undergraduate Engagement team member for approval.
Induction Reports and fees are due immediately following the Induction Ritual. Please note: The Induction fee was raised to $40 by the National Conclave.
At the 2018 National Conclave, the Ritual Committee made important changes to the Fraternity’s Ritual. All chapters and colonies are expected to utilize the updated guide.
To access the updated Official Pamphlet of Phi Mu Delta, click here. It is in the Brothers’ Only section, which is password protected.
Google Drive for Accreditation: All events/functions will be submitted via the Engagement Report each month. The content for the previous month is due on the 7th. Chapters can no longer wait until the end of the semester to submit information in the Engagement Report.
Coaching Calls: Coaching calls will occur from 9am-5pm on weekdays. Understandably, schedules may conflict. If only 3-4 officers can attend, that's okay. Chapters are required to participate in 2 calls per semester and colonies are required to have monthly calls. Chapters with recruitment plan calls are not included in these numbers.
In an effort to provide more education to all members of Phi Mu Delta, we are excited to introduce the Brick & Mortar Webinar Series! This series will consist of common topics, concerns, and questions posed by undergraduate and alumni of Phi Mu Delta Fraternity. They will occur every other Wednesday at 3:00pm EST. To join the conversation, you will need to download the software to your computer.
We are looking for your recommendations of topics for the last week of the series, please share your thoughts with the National Office!

The Fall 2018 edition of the Triangle, Phi Mu Delta’s national magazine, will be published this November. In the magazine, is a section for chapter updates where you can showcase the great work your chapter is doing.
Please complete this quick form, where you will provide Dustyn Hall, with updates about what’s going on in your chapter including service projects, chapter events, recruitment, etc. These updates will not exceed more than 50 words for each chapter and will be a great way to reengage alumni on a chapter level.
Additionally, Dustyn asks that as you complete projects throughout the semester, that you capture those moments and send any pictures to email@example.com.
