Conclave 2018: Phi Mu Delta Fraternity will be celebrating the Centennial Conclave in Burlington, VT, from June 27-July 1, 2018. All chapters/colonies are required to send, at least, 3 members. Registration is LIVE! All Conclave related questions can be directed to Tom Murphy at email@example.com.
New Member Education:
New Member Education Syllabus: This MUST be sent to and approved by the National Office prior to starting new member education. Chapters/colonies that do not submit a syllabus prior to starting new member education could face risk management violations from the National Fraternity. Please allow, at least, a week for approval and any potential changes that need to be made.
The following chapters/colonies have NOT been approved to begin new member education:
Mu Chi (Marshall)
Mu Sigma (Rutgers, New Brunswick)
Mu Tau (Rutgers, Camden)
Nu Beta (UNH)
Nu Xi (Southern Maine)
All chapters and colonies should have their new member complete the new member exam prior to initiation. This exam is NOT to determine if a new member is to be initiated, rather how well the chapter/colony implemented the new member education program. There are new links each semester – to access your chapter’s new member exam link, click here.
Calling all creative minds! We are opening up a Design Contest for the official Centennial Conclave T-Shirt!Please upload your design (PDF) using this Google Form by May 1st. We are looking forward to seeing all of the fun designs!
