Association Resources

Application for Alumni Association/House Corps. Charter

Alumni Associations and House Corps. are not recognized by the National Fraternity unless they are formally chartered and remain in good standing with the Fraternity. In order to be chartered, alumni associations are required to submit the application paperwork, listed below:
​
  1. A list of Officers & Meeting Minutes are submitted through the Annual Report (Due on July 1)
  2. A Copy of your By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation
  3. Each Association is required to send, at least, one representative to the Conclave ​

Alumni Associations and House Corps. fall under the National Fraternity's liability insurance program.  They are expected to follow all risk management policies and programming.

Alumni Association Insurance Fees
  • Chapters with less than 100 Initiates: $100/year
  • Chapters with 100 - 250 Initiates: $250/year
  • Chapters with more than 250 Initiates: $500/year

House Corporation Insurance Fees
  • $2500/Year for all Housed Groups

Benefits

In addition to receiving a vote at the National Conclave, chartered Alumni Associations will receive the following benefits:
  • Insurance coverage for all Association members, officers, and programs within compliance of the Fraternity Risk Management Policy.
  • Access to alumni contact information.
  • Assistance with one mailing per year.  We will do the layout and printing, the Alumni Association provides the copy.
  • Foundation support and a sub-account within the Foundation for the expressed educational use of your Chapter membership
