Our premier leadership development experience - designed to equip undergraduate
brothers with the skills, confidence, and values-based mindset to lead with purpose.
Through dynamic workshops, mentorship, and peer collaboration, participants explore

brotherhood. The Academy empowers young men to return to their chapters as more

Just $19.18 a month helps sustain scholarships, leadership development, and emergency support year round—and shows your ongoing commitment to the brotherhood.
Can I designate my donation to a specific chapter?​
Yes. When making your donation, you can indicate a chapter you'd like to support. Designated gifts help fund chapter-specific scholarships, programming, or leadership experiences. If no designation is made, your gift goes to the Foundation's general fund to address the most urgent needs across all chapters.
