Phi Mu Delta is seeking an innovative Executive Director who is passionate about actualizing the
mission and vision of Phi Mu Delta. Our mission is to provide a positive fraternity experience for
today's college man, encouraging high personal standards, morally, mentally, and spiritually, and
to help its members live the ideals of our founders: democracy, brotherhood, and service.
Our vision is to redefine fraternity through cultivating and curating a culture of lifelong civic
engagement and fellowship.
As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading the National Fraternity of Phi Mu
Delta in accordance with the direction of the National Council and Educational Foundation. The
ideal candidate should possess the ability to work independently, exhibit a self-starting
mentality, demonstrate a goals-driven approach, maintain exceptional organizational skills, and
possess a high degree of flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement specific policies, procedures, and programs to achieve the
general goals of the organization as set by the National Council.
● Maintain all official records for both the National Fraternity and the Phi Mu Delta
Educational Foundation, including membership data and minutes.
● Represent the organization, in conjunction with the National President, in all matters
including those of a legal nature.
● Maintain and cultivate external vendor and stakeholder relationships for both the
National Fraternity and Educational Foundation.
● Maintain the financial management issues of the fraternity, including planning,
purchasing, receipts, billings, disbursements, reports, and analysis with the explicit
consent of the National Treasurer.
● Execute all leadership programming, including National Conclaves, Sapphire Leadership
Institutes, Foundations Institutes, and President's Academies.
● Develop and assist all expansion efforts on behalf of the Fraternity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent/Masters preferred
● 5 years of relevant work experience
● Familiarity with the organization and operations
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Ability and willingness to make professional presentations to stakeholders as necessary
● Ability to travel extensively, if needed.
