Phi Mu Delta Educational Foundation:
Redefining Fraternity Through Education

The Phi Mu Delta Educational Foundation is the physical representation of redefining fraternity for the next generation of men, through educational programming and leadership development. The Foundation, as it is often referred to, is a 501(c)(3) whose purpose is to provide scholarships, educational programs, facilities, and services to the members of Phi Mu Delta. Additionally, the Foundation works collaboratively with the Fraternity to supplement the work of universities and colleges, as we aid students in their scholarship and educational and leadership development.

Picture
Programs which include leadership and character development, and membership education can be funded by the Educational Foundation, as they directly impact the undergraduate members of the national fraternity. These programs include:
  • Foundation Institute (formerly Officers' Academy)
  • Cornerstone Institute
  • Keystone Institute
  • Sapphire Leadership Institute
  • NAVIGATOR

What are the Foundation's strategic goals?

As we look to the next century of Phi Mu Delta's existence, the Phi Mu Delta Educational Foundation has set six strategic imperative for the current two-year biennium. Why imperatives? We believe that these six areas, with their two or three goals each, lay the groundwork for the next one hundred years of our order's existence, which means that their fulfillment is imperative to our function and future as a leading, fraternal greek organization. These six imperative include:
  1. Engaged Leadership
  2. Genuine Communication
  3. Sturdy Membership
  4. Intimate Alumni Experience
  5. Impactful Education
  6. Deserved Celebration
