The Mu Upsilon Chapter of Phi Mu Delta at Robert Morris University showcased their commitment to community service and fraternity values by participating in the Adopt-A-Highway program on February 10. Nineteen dedicated members spent a day focusing on Flaugherty Run Road in Moon Township, where they worked tirelessly to improve the local environment by removing trash and debris.
Speaking about the initiative, the Chapter’s Vice President of Membership Development, Trey Reichenfeld, "Participating in the Adopt-A-Highway program was a rewarding experience for all of us. This is an event we host every semester, and it’s one of our favorites. Not only were we able to make a tangible impact on the Moon Township community, but we also had the opportunity to bond as a brotherhood of Phi Mu Delta. We look forward to continuing our efforts with Adopt-A-Highway to keep our highways clean and continuing to uphold our pillar of service." The Triangle has long been a mainstay for Phi Mu Delta, offering both collegiate and alumni perspectives on trending issues, sharing updates from undergraduate chapters, highlighting fraternity initiatives and so much more. Dustyn Hall, an alumnus of the Sigma Alpha Chapter at Longwood University, is no stranger to this role, having previously served for one year as Phi Mu Delta’s inaugural Director of Advancement, where he oversaw the fraternity and foundation’s efforts in alumni engagement, development, and communications. Dustyn brings a deep and abiding understanding of Phi Mu Delta’s mission and vision to this returning role, as well as the know-how to reenergize The Triangle with a focus on people and their stories. From Gloucester, Virginia, Dustyn currently serves as the Associate Director of Content and Social Media for his alma mater, Longwood. On coming back to this role, Dustyn expressed his unwavering enthusiasm and commitment to giving back to the fraternity, noting, “When we are called to serve, we answer the call—this much has always been true of the Phi Mu Delta experience.
