The Phi Mu Delta Fraternity is delighted to announce Aidan Andrews as its new Growth Strategy Facilitator, a vital volunteer role dedicated to advancing the fraternity's mission of fostering personal development thgrough democracy, brotherhood, and service.

Aidan Andrews, an esteemed alumnus of the University of Vermont and a dedicated Phi Mu Delta member since 2016,
he brings a wealth of experience and passion to his new role. Throughout his collegiate journey, Aidan held several leadership positions within the fraternity, including Recruitment Chair, Social Chair, and Vice President of Membership Development. His contributions extended to the Interfraternity Council Executive Board, where he served as Vice President of Philanthropy and Service and Vice President of Standards and Finance.

Aidan's educational background is equally impressive. He earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences in 2019 from the University of Vermont, followed by a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration in spring 2023. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Business Administration and Data Analytics degree at Boston College.

After graduating in 2019, Aidan dedicated himself to supporting student life. He worked in the Department of Residential Life for three years before taking on the role of Coordinator for Fraternity & Sorority Life for two years at the University of Vermont. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director for Annual Giving at Boston College, showcasing his commitment to higher education.

Aidan's passion for Phi Mu Delta transcends his professional pursuits. He has played pivotal roles at both the chapter and national levels, including serving as the Recruitment Advisor for the UVM chapter for two years. His contributions also extended to the position of Regional Director for the northeast (Nu) district during the 2020-2021 academic year. Aidan currently holds the esteemed position of President of the Nu Gamma Alumni Association.

Reflecting on his new role as Growth Strategy Facilitator, Aidan Andrews remarked, "I believe that Phi Mu Delta has the opportunity to be a truly transformative experience for the men that choose to join us. Phi Mu Delta has given so much to me, including but not limited to: lifelong friends, mentors, mentees, leadership development, and most importantly, a family at UVM. But more importantly, I know that there are so many people that will come through our institutions that could benefit from that and more. Phi Mu Delta has the potential to completely redirect the trajectory of lives, and I want to make sure we can keep offering those opportunities and experiences for years to come."

Phi Mu Delta Fraternity is confident that Aidan Andrews' dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the fraternity's mission and values will drive the organization forward. His role as Growth Strategy Facilitator will be instrumental in helping undergraduate chapters achieve their recruitment goals through strategic planning, innovative technology integration, and alignment with Phi Mu Delta's core values.
