Phi Mu Delta, a leading fraternity committed to promoting high personal standards and personal growth among college men, is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA). Through this collaboration, Phi Mu Delta will fund three annual scholarships for its members to attend the NGLA annual conference.

NGLA, a nonprofit organization based in the Northeast, is dedicated to fostering the development and education of students and professionals within the fraternity and sorority community. By providing valuable educational experiences and programming, NGLA empowers individuals to align their actions with their core values. The organization seeks to promote a sense of community, values-based leadership, and overall well-being among students and professionals.

"We are excited to join forces with the NGLA in our shared mission of promoting personal growth and integrity within the fraternity community," says Sam Waltemeyer, Executive Director of Phi Mu Delta. "This partnership represents a tremendous opportunity for our members to enhance their leadership skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and contribute to the greater fraternity movement."

Phi Mu Delta has had a presence at the annual conference for over a decade. More than 40 undergraduate members have attended in the past, and several Phi Mu Delta alums have served as conference volunteers, case study judges, and presented educational workshops.

The partnership between Phi Mu Delta and NGLA underscores the commitment of both organizations to inspire positive change and impact lives. By providing scholarship opportunities, Phi Mu Delta aims to empower its members to further their personal and professional development, ensuring they become well-rounded leaders in their communities.

The NGLA annual conference offers an array of educational workshops, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities. Phi Mu Delta recipients of the scholarships will have the chance to learn from renowned speakers, acquire valuable leadership skills, and make lasting connections within the fraternity and sorority community.

The new partnership between Phi Mu Delta and NGLA signifies a progressive step towards achieving their mutual goal of fostering personal growth, leadership, and service among fraternity members. Through this collaboration, both organizations strive to create a positive fraternity experience that aligns with Phi Mu Delta’s founding principles of brotherhood, democracy, and service.
