The Mu Upsilon Chapter of Phi Mu Delta at Robert Morris University showcased their commitment to community service and fraternity values by participating in the Adopt-A-Highway program on February 10. Nineteen dedicated members spent a day focusing on Flaugherty Run Road in Moon Township, where they worked tirelessly to improve the local environment by removing trash and debris.

Speaking about the initiative, the Chapter’s Vice President of Membership Development, Trey Reichenfeld, "Participating in the Adopt-A-Highway program was a rewarding experience for all of us. This is an event we host every semester, and it’s one of our favorites. Not only were we able to make a tangible impact on the Moon Township community, but we also had the opportunity to bond as a brotherhood of Phi Mu Delta. We look forward to continuing our efforts with Adopt-A-Highway to keep our highways clean and continuing to uphold our pillar of service."

Phi Mu Delta's mission revolves around providing a positive fraternity experience for college men, encouraging high personal standards in morality, mentality, and spirituality. The organization strives to help its members embody the ideals of its founders, which include democracy, brotherhood, and service. The chapter's dedication to service and community involvement is a testament to their commitment to making a difference beyond the walls of their university. By actively engaging in projects that benefit the local community, Mu Upsilon Chapter members embody the core values of Phi Mu Delta and set a positive example for their peers.

"Our vision is to redefine fraternity by focusing on service, brotherhood, and personal development," shared Sam Waltemeyer, Executive Director of Phi Mu Delta. "We believe that by actively contributing to our community and upholding the values of Phi Mu Delta, we can make a lasting impact and inspire others to do the same. We couldn’t be prouder that the Mu Upsilon Chapter continues to be a community of civic-minded leaders at Robert Morris University"

The Mu Upsilon Chapter of Phi Mu Delta at Robert Morris University continues to set a high standard for fraternity involvement and community service.
